Earsona support
Email us
Write to earsona@stellaviae.com. Include your Earsona version, iOS version, music service and a short description of what happened. For pronunciation feedback, include the artist or song spelling and the voice you selected.
Please don't send passwords, account recovery details, sign-in or authorization codes, tokens, full authentication logs or unrelated personal information. If a diagnostic file would help, we'll tell you exactly what we need.
Music accounts and connections
Music subscriptions and accounts are managed by their providers. Earsona doesn't sell music subscriptions and never collects your Spotify or Apple Account password.
- Disconnect Spotify: open Earsona's listening settings and choose Disconnect Spotify. If it reports a problem, unlock your device and try again; don't assume the credentials were removed until it succeeds. You can also manage Earsona's access in your Spotify account settings. This doesn't close your Spotify account.
- Apple Music: Earsona's permission is managed in iOS Settings. Earsona can't sign you out of your Apple Account.
- Deleting the app isn't a guaranteed way to erase iOS Keychain records or to revoke access you granted to a music provider. Disconnect first.
Privacy and deletion requests
Email earsona@stellaviae.com with the subject Earsona privacy request and describe what you're asking for. We'll reply from earsona@stellaviae.com, confirm the request comes from your email address, and respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. Don't send identity documents or credentials unless we've explained a specific, secure verification process. We can act on information under our control; your music provider handles its own account records under its policy. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
Earsona is in development for iPhone. Music-service availability, subscription requirements and features depend on the version and the provider. Release information will appear on the Earsona home page when available.
